需要账号或网络吗？
不需要。LiteRep 的核心功能可以在飞行模式下使用。
数据保存在哪里？
训练数据保存在设备内。LiteRep 还会保留轮换恢复点；只有你主动选择第二文件夹或 NAS 后，才会写入该位置。
如何导出给教练或医生？
在设置中的导出区域选择 JSON 或 CSV，再通过 iOS 分享面板选择接收方。发送前请检查文件内容。
为什么休息提醒没有出现？
检查 iOS“设置”中的 LiteRep 通知权限，并确认休息计时已开始。即使拒绝通知，训练记录仍可正常使用。
删除 App 会发生什么？
卸载通常会移除 App 容器内的数据，但你主动导出、放在 NAS、交给接收方或保存在系统备份中的副本不会因此自动删除。重要数据请先导出。
反馈时请提供什么？
请提供 iPhone 型号、iOS 版本、LiteRep 版本、可复现步骤和不含私人训练记录或真实健身房条码的截图。请勿发送密码、证书或身份证件。

Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. LiteRep's core features work in Airplane Mode.
Where is my data stored?
Workout data is stored on the device. LiteRep also keeps rotating recovery points and writes to a second folder or NAS only after you select it.
How do I send data to a coach or clinician?
Choose JSON or CSV in Settings, then select a recipient in the iOS share sheet. Inspect the file before sending it.
Why did the rest reminder not appear?
Check LiteRep notification permission in iOS Settings and confirm that a rest timer is running. Workout logging still works if notifications are denied.
What happens if I delete the app?
Uninstalling normally removes the app-container data. Copies you exported, placed on a NAS, sent to a recipient, or retained in a system backup are not automatically deleted. Export important data first.
What should I include in a support request?
Include iPhone model, iOS version, LiteRep version, reproduction steps, and a screenshot without private workout data or a real gym-pass code. Never send passwords, certificates, or identity documents.
LiteRep cannot provide medical, rehabilitation, or emergency support. For urgent health concerns, contact a qualified local professional or emergency service.
