本政策适用于 LiteRep iOS App 及本信息网站。LiteRep 是本地优先的力量训练记录工具。应用不要求注册账号，不包含广告、用户分析、崩溃上报、远程配置、AI、支付或健康平台 SDK，也不会把训练记录、健身房凭证、设备标识或使用行为发送给开发者。
1. 本机处理的数据
- 训练记录：时间、动作、组数、重量、次数、组类型、可选 RPE 与笔记。
- 自定义内容：训练计划、动作名称、休息时间与偏好。
- 恢复信息：未完成训练的快照与休息计时截止时间。
- 健身房凭证：用户自愿选择的图片及标签。LiteRep 不识别条码或分析图片。
- 用户选择第二备份位置后，iOS 提供的安全作用域文件书签。
2. 存储与备份
数据保存在用户设备中，并使用 SQLite 与 iOS 文件保护。LiteRep 可保留最近 7 份训练 JSON 恢复点；只有用户主动选择第二文件夹或 NAS 后，才向该位置写入轮换备份。健身房凭证排除在训练导出和 LiteRep 恢复点之外。iCloud、Finder 等系统级备份由用户、Apple 账户和系统设置控制，开发者无法访问。
3. 导入、导出与分享
用户可以主动导入 LiteRep JSON，或导出 JSON、CSV 和分享卡片。文件离开 LiteRep 后，由用户选择的接收方及其隐私规则处理。
4. 删除
用户可以删除单次训练、单张凭证，或在 App 内执行“删除全部本地数据”。全部删除覆盖 App 可管理且当时可访问的训练、计划、草稿、偏好、凭证、导入文件和备份。已导出、已分享、接收方持有或系统备份中的副本需由用户另行删除。
5. 权限
- 照片选择：仅用于用户主动添加健身房凭证。
- 通知：仅用于用户主动开始的组间休息提醒。
- 文件与文件夹：仅用于主动导入、导出或选择第二备份位置。
6. App 数据收集声明
开发者不从 LiteRep App 收集个人信息；不存在跨 App 或网站跟踪、第三方分析、广告、远程日志、网络账号、开发者云端数据库、AI 或健康平台访问。开发者不会出售、出租、共享 App 个人信息用于定向广告，也不会根据 App 数据作出具有法律或类似重大影响的自动化决定。
7. 本网站与 Cloudflare 托管
本网站是无账号、无表单、无广告、无自建分析工具的静态信息页面。为交付和保护网站，Cloudflare 作为托管与安全服务商可能按照其自身隐私政策处理技术访问数据，例如 IP 地址、请求头、浏览器/设备信息、时间戳和安全事件日志。这些网站访问数据不会与 LiteRep App 内的训练数据关联；LiteRep App 也不会向 Cloudflare 上传训练数据。
8. 国际访问与地区权利
App 数据保留在用户设备或用户自行选择的位置。访问本网站时，Cloudflare 的全球网络可能在用户所在国家或地区之外处理网站访问所必需的技术数据。对于美国用户（包括适用的州隐私法），本政策说明我们不出售或共享 App 个人信息，也不进行跨情境行为广告。对于中国大陆用户，App 不向开发者提供训练数据；如网站访问涉及依法需要处理的个人信息，将仅为网站交付与安全目的处理。用户可在 App 内访问、更正、导出和删除其 App 数据；开发者没有服务器副本可供远程检索或删除。
9. 安全与产品边界
任何设备、外部文件夹或导出文件都无法承诺绝对安全。LiteRep 是训练记录与计算工具，不是医疗器械，不提供诊断、治疗、康复建议、伤病风险判断或个性化训练处方。
10. 未成年人及权利
LiteRep 不会明知从儿童收集 App 个人信息。未满 14 周岁的用户应在监护人同意和指导下使用。用户可直接在 App 内查阅、更正、导出或删除数据，无需向开发者提交身份信息。

This Policy applies to the LiteRep iOS app and this information website. LiteRep is a local-first strength-training log. It requires no account and contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting upload, remote configuration, AI service, payment system, or health-platform SDK. Workout records, gym-pass images, device identifiers, and usage behavior are not sent to the developer.
1. Data processed on device
- Workout times, exercises, sets, weight, repetitions, set type, optional RPE and notes.
- Custom plans, exercise names, rest intervals, and preferences.
- Active-workout recovery snapshots and rest deadlines.
- Optional gym-pass images and labels. LiteRep does not decode barcodes or analyze images.
- An iOS security-scoped file bookmark after the user selects a secondary backup location.
2. Storage and backups
Data is stored on the user's device using SQLite and iOS file protection. LiteRep may keep seven rotating workout JSON recovery points and writes to a second folder or NAS only after the user selects it. Gym-pass images are excluded from workout export and LiteRep recovery points. Apple system backups are controlled by the user and Apple; the developer cannot access them.
3. Import, export, and sharing
Users may import LiteRep JSON or deliberately export JSON, CSV, and share cards. Once a file leaves LiteRep, the selected recipient's privacy practices apply.
4. Deletion
Users can delete individual workouts and gym passes or choose “Delete All Local Data.” Full deletion covers app-managed and currently accessible workouts, plans, drafts, preferences, passes, imports, and backups. Previously exported, shared, recipient-held, or system-backup copies must be deleted separately by the user.
5. Permissions
- Photos: only when the user adds an optional gym pass.
- Notifications: only for a rest reminder started by the user.
- Files/folders: only for a user-initiated import, export, or secondary backup selection.
6. App data collection statement
The developer does not collect personal information from the LiteRep app. There is no cross-app or cross-site tracking, third-party analytics, advertising, remote logging, online account, developer cloud database, AI processing, or health-platform access. The developer does not sell, rent, or share app personal information for targeted advertising and does not make legal or similarly significant automated decisions from app data.
7. This website and Cloudflare hosting
This website is a static information page with no account, form, advertising, or developer-operated analytics. Cloudflare, as the hosting and security provider, may process technical request data under its own privacy policy to deliver and protect this site, including IP address, request headers, browser/device information, timestamps, and security-event logs. Website visit data is not linked to LiteRep workout data, and the LiteRep app does not upload workout data to Cloudflare.
8. International access and regional rights
App data remains on the user’s device or in a location the user selects. When visiting this site, Cloudflare’s global network may process technical website data outside the visitor’s country or region as needed to deliver the site. For U.S. users, including where state privacy laws apply, we do not sell or share app personal information and do not conduct cross-context behavioral advertising. For users in mainland China, the app does not provide workout data to the developer; if website visits involve personal information that must be processed by law, it is processed only to deliver and secure the site. Users can access, correct, export, and delete app data in the app; the developer has no server copy to retrieve or delete remotely.
9. Security and product boundary
No device, external folder, or exported file can be guaranteed absolutely secure. LiteRep is a logging and calculation tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe rehabilitation, assess injury risk, or provide individualized training prescriptions.
10. Children and rights
LiteRep does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. Users under 14 should use LiteRep with a guardian's consent and guidance. Users can view, correct, export, and delete data inside the app without sending identity information to the developer.
